Thank you for taking the time to join me on my journey. I want to share with you that my path hasn't been without its share of struggles. I've battled weight issues, yo-yo dieting, and faced extreme eating disorders. As someone who's walked that challenging road, it became my mission to offer clean, effective products and skin-friendly bath solutions.

I understand what it feels like to face that battle alone, without the support of loved ones, and to carry the weight of shame from extreme gains. I've been there, suffered through depression, and grappled with feelings of isolation. I understand because I am you!

After years of battling my weight in secret, I made a decision. I chose to share my personal journey with complete transparency in the hopes of inspiring and motivating others. In a traditional Latin household, concepts like "eating clean" or exercising for health aren't often discussed. But my mission is to bring the message of health to the forefront of our communities. Ridding the "shame" behind weight struggles. I beleibe in a realistic approach to health, beauty and wellness.

During my most significant weight increase, I reached a size 18.

I've lost over half of my body weight by staying focused, determined, and doing it on my terms, without the assitanhce of professional trainers or nutritionists. In fact, to dive deeper into my love for nutrition and learn more about it, I decided to study nutrition formally. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm excited to share my insights with you. I simply figured out what was realistic for me and my lifestyle. Becoming healthy quite literally saved my life.

Now, having gone through my own rollercoaster of weight loss, experiencing years of trial and error, I'm here to share my journey with you. I've discovered many tips and a lifestyle that fits me and I believe it can help you on your journey too. The name of my brand, "This Fits Me," was born from the idea of discovering solutions that match my own individual needs. I'm a firm believer that we all have our unique paths, which is why "This Fits Me" came to life. No matter where you are in your life or what your goals may be, you can do it too, and I'm here to support you by sharing a Realistic Approach To Fitness, Beauty and Wellness.
