Thank you for taking the time to join me on my journey. My path hasn’t been without struggles. I’ve battled weight issues, yo-yo dieting, and even extreme eating disorders. As someone who’s walked that challenging road, it became my mission to create clean, effective products and skin-friendly bath solutions. Including my families wellness recipes that has been passed down from many generations.

I know what it feels like to face those battles alone, without support, carrying the weight of shame from extreme gains. I’ve been there, suffered through silent depressions, felt isolated and I understand because I’ve lived it.

After years of struggling in secret, I made a decision. I chose to share my journey openly, hoping to inspire and motivate others. Growing up in a traditional Latin household, “eating clean” or exercising for health wasn’t often discussed. My mission is to bring health and wellness into our communities, removing the shame around weight struggles. I believe in a realistic approach to health, beauty, and wellness.

At my heaviest, I reached a size 18.

I’ve lost over half my body weight by staying focused, determined, and doing it on my terms, without professional trainers or nutritionists. To go deeper, I studied nutrition formally, learning even more about what works for my body. It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m excited to share my insights with you. I simply figured out what was realistic for me and my lifestyle. Becoming healthy truly saved my life.

Now, having navigated my own rollercoaster of weight loss, I want to share what I’ve learned. I’ve discovered tips and a lifestyle that fits me and I believe it can help you too. That’s why my brand is called “This Fits Me”: finding solutions that match individual needs. Everyone has a unique path, and no matter where you are or what your goals are, you can do it too.
