Directions: For a warm bath or foot bath, add desired amount of bath salts to warm water, allow to dissolve. Now STRIP & TAKE A DIP!For facial steam, bring water to a boil, pour warm water in bowl, add desired amount of bath salts into bowl (a little goes a long way) Place towel over your head, hold head 6 inches above the water level, breath in steam slowly and deeply until steam dissolves (10 minutes)

Ingredients: This is a generous 13.5 - 14 oz package. Epsom salt, powdered milk, baking soda, ground oatmeal, sea salt, food based colorant, eucalyptus | tea tree | peppermint | essential oils.
